Job summary

Front Door Defense is looking for a Tier 1 Support Specialist for its SkillBridge Training Program. This remote role involves assisting with customer support activities using ServiceNow and Zendesk. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience in support operations while receiving mentorship and training in basic AWS concepts.

Participants will learn to triage tickets, document workflows, and become proficient with the relevant tools in a supportive environment designed to ease the transition from military service to civilian employment.

Qualifications

• Ability to document and triage support requests accurately.
• Basic understanding of troubleshooting processes and support workflows.
• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Tier 1 support activities in ServiceNow and Zendesk.
• Document and categorize incoming support tickets.
• Shadow Tier 1 support staff to learn workflows.
