Job summary

New Charter Technologies, LLC is seeking a Tier 1 Service Desk Engineer to provide frontline IT support for client environments. You’ll troubleshoot printers, resets, MFA, antivirus alerts, and user onboarding, primarily remotely using ConnectWise PSA and IT Glue.

Strong communication and multi-tasking are essential as you assist end users across North America. This remote role offers in-person interviews locally; hours are Mon-Fri 8:00a-5:00p PT/MDT and starting compensation is $50,000 with

Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree required.
• 1-5 years of service desk/supported experience required.
• Familiarity with MSP environments preferred.
• Certifications such as A+ or Network+ are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline IT support for client environments.
• Troubleshoot printers, password resets, MFA, antivirus alerts.
• Assist with new user setups and onboarding.
• Maintain detailed documentation in ITGlue and ConnectWise PSA.
• Support remote and on-site client environments as needed.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
