Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Oncology, Hematology, Rare Disease, or Immunology.
• 5+ years in field sales, product marketing, or medical/clinical experience in pharma/biotech.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.

Responsibilities

• KOL engagement and advocacy development with cross-functional teams.
• Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to shape brand strategy.
• Manage speaker bureau operations, contracts, and training with compliant content.
