LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking an experienced Remote Collections Specialist to join a nationwide team from home. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, negotiate settlements, and utilize skip-tracing to locate borrowers, while maintaining compliance and detailed documentation.

The role emphasizes independent work ethic, strong communication, and ability to meet performance goals in a remote setting. Eligible states are listed; performance-based compensation is offered.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate successful payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
• Professionalism, reliability, accountability, and a positive attitude.
• Working knowledge of applicable debt collection laws and regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to maintain a professional, distraction-minimized remote workspace suitable for confidential conversations.
• Reliable internet connectivity to perform job responsibilities.
• Ability to remain available, responsive, and productive during scheduled hours.
• Must reside and work in an LCS-approved state.

Responsabilidades

• Managing inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiating payment arrangements and settlement agreements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Using skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Managing assigned account portfolios and prioritizing collection activities.
• Working toward individual and departmental performance goals.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Delivering professional, respectful customer interactions while navigating difficult conversations.
• Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local collection laws and company policies.
• Maintaining consistent communication with management and team while working remotely.
