LCS Financial Services Corporation is hiring remote Collections Specialists to support a nationwide team. As a Collections Specialist, you will manage inbound and outbound calls, negotiate settlements, and work toward recovery goals while maintaining compliance and confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement agreements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools and investigative techniques to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned account portfolios and prioritize collection activities to maximize recovery opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and detailed account documentation and comply with laws and regulations.
