Qualifications

• 5+ years of 3rd party collections experience required.
• Must know federal/state laws and regulations (FDCPA, FCRA, TCPA, etc.).
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned goals and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Make required phone calls and profile debtors.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all contacts made.
