Job summary

Qualifications

• One (1) year of third-party billing/invoicing or related work experience.
• Ability to maintain security and integrity of UT San Antonio and its infrastructure per Texas EO-GA-48.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred but not required.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service through billing and collections of third‑party vendors.
• Scan employer provided financial authorization and tuition assistance forms to Xtender and apply to student accounts.
• Direct invoicing of vendors and military agencies; apply payments, reconcile monthly, process refunds.
• Perform end-of-year reconciliation and distribution of third-party receivables.
• Plan and schedule quarterly departmental team training meetings.
• Oversee scanning/indexing of checks to Receivables Edge for deposit.
• Oversee Fiscal Account Specialist and act as backup as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
