Qualifications

• BS in Engineering from an accredited four-year college with a strong thermal/fluid energy and/or controls background.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant engineering work experience.
• MBA is beneficial but not required.
• Professional Engineering license is beneficial but not required.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME in thermal management system design for data centers and semiconductor ecosystem.
• Develop thermal systems using Trane equipment and controls including scoping, analysis, and validation.
• Support system-level reference design strategy in collaboration with partners and customers.
• Perform independent analysis of complex engineering problems with minimal supervision.
• Deliver technical presentations and participate in industry associations.
• Travel 5–15% overnight, with possible international travel.
