Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 7+ years of data center, industrial, or HVAC project experience.
• Proven track record in thermal execution and system testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage data center projects from startup to commissioning.
• Develop schedules, track milestones, and manage changes with clients.
• Oversee integrated system testing and thermal execution for data centers.
• Mentor on-site technicians and coordinate cross-functional teams.
