Job summary

Twin Cities Orthopedics is hiring a Therapy Intake Referral Coordinator to manage patient onboarding, referrals, registration, and scheduling. This remote-eligible, hybrid role requires handling inbound calls and coordinating with patients and providers to ensure timely access to care.

The position is full-time with hours Monday–Friday between 7:00am–7:00pm, offering a comprehensive benefits package and a sign-on bonus for select roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience; healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience with patient registration, intake, scheduling or medical office operations preferred.
• Proficiency with EMR and practice management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing excellent customer service via inbound/outbound calls, text messaging, and other channels.
• Coordinate and manage patient intake, registration, referral processing, and scheduling within the practice management system.
• Create and maintain patient accounts with complete demographic, insurance and referral information.
