Twin Cities Orthopedics is hiring an Insurance Verification Specialist to verify and document patient benefits, contact patients and insurance representatives, and support scheduling and billing processes. This is a full-time role with standard M-F hours and on-site work.

After training, the role may be remote from home; initial training occurs at the Stillwater or Bloomington locations, with potential for remote work after 6 months based on performance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience required.
• Experience with healthcare pre-registration, insurance verification, or scheduling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify and document insurance information.
• Research denials and report findings to billing denial team.
• Schedule patients in the practice management system.
• Answer inbound calls professionally and communicate appointment details.
• Ensure HIPAA compliant information handling and written communications.
