Job summary
Headlight in California is seeking a licensed mental health clinician to join our growing team. You will diagnose and treat adults and/or clients with mental health disorders, create individualized treatment plans, and meet with patients regularly to adjust care.
You will work within a collaborative, clinician-led environment with access to clinical consultations and support from executives. We offer a base salary with monthly bonuses based on billed hours, comprehensive benefits, and flexible
Qualifications
- Minimum requirement of 12 months in a clinical setting after licensure.
- Master’s degree or higher in related fields.
- Full, unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, LPCC or Psychologist license.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.
- Maintain licensure and/or certification throughout employment.
Responsibilities
- Establish positive rapport with patients.
- Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
- Create individualized treatment plans according to patient needs.
- Meet with patients regularly to provide counseling and adjust plans.
- Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress.
- Involve and advise family members where appropriate.
- Plan outreach and referral activities in surrounding communities.
