Job summary

Headlight in California is seeking licensed mental health clinicians to join a mission-driven team delivering core behavioral health services as a W-2 employee. You will diagnose, treat, and create individualized care plans, meeting with clients regularly and guiding families when appropriate.

We offer a competitive base salary of $90,000 with a monthly productivity bonus, comprehensive benefits starting on the first of the month, and flexible options including work-from-home or hybrid

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months clinical setting after licensure.
• Master’s degree or higher required.
• Fully licensed (LMFT/LCSW/LPC/LPCC or Psychologist) with active license.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required.
• Maintain licensure throughout employment.
• Proficient in EHR systems; NextGen preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with patients.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
• Create individualized treatment plans.
• Meet with patients regularly for counseling and treatment adjustments.
• Conduct ongoing assessments of progress.
• Involve family members when appropriate.
• Plan outreach and referral activities.
