Qualifications

• Master’s level degree in a mental health field and active clinical licensure.
• Must maintain licensure; not open to interns.
• Bilingual skills a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with patients and families.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
• Create individualized treatment plans.
• Meet with patients regularly for counseling and adjustments.
• Conduct ongoing progress assessments and adjust care as needed.
• Involve family when appropriate; plan outreach in the community.
