Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license (multi-state licensing support available).
• Experience managing a consistent outpatient caseload.
• Experience with structured, skills-based modalities (ex. CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care).

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote, outpatient therapy.
• Make independent treatment decisions for patients.
• Utilize a referral network to/from psychiatrists for operational support.

Skills

Independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent)

Strong clinical judgment

Communication skills

Independent decision-making

Comfort practicing in a fast-paced outpatient environment

Education

Two or more independent and active state licenses
