A leading virtual mental health practice is seeking independently licensed therapists to provide 100% remote outpatient therapy. The role involves managing a consistent caseload with clinical autonomy and support. Therapists can expect predictable W-2 compensation, full benefits, and up to $20k in incentives. Qualifications

• Comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload.
• Experience from outpatient, community mental health, hospital, IOP, or structured clinical settings is highly desired.
• You will be a part of the team and will not be seeking supervision toward licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy in a fully remote environment.
• Make independent treatment decisions within evidence-based standards.
• Support patients with lower to moderate acuity populations.

Skills

Independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC)

Strong clinical judgment

Excellent communication skills

Independent decision-making

Comfort practicing in a fast-paced environment

Experience with structured, skills-based modalities (ex. CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care)

Education

Active, unrestricted license

Two or more independent and active state licenses
