A virtual mental health practice is seeking independently licensed therapists to provide remote outpatient therapy for lower to moderate acuity populations. This role offers predictable W-2 compensation, flexible scheduling, and minimal administrative work. Ideal candidates are licensed professionals comfortable managing an outpatient caseload and possess strong clinical judgment and communication skills. Qualifications

• Must be independently licensed with an active, unrestricted license.
• Comfortable managing a consistent outpatient caseload.
• Experience in outpatient or community mental health settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote, outpatient therapy.
• Manage lower to moderate acuity populations.
• Conduct 60-minute intakes and follow-ups.
