A leading virtual mental health practice is seeking independently licensed therapists for remote outpatient therapy. Responsibilities include providing care to lower to moderate acuity populations and engaging in independent treatment decisions. This full and part-time role offers a competitive W-2 compensation structure alongside various benefits, including health insurance and paid time off. Therapists can also earn incentives. Ideal candidates should have multiple state licenses and strong clinical judgment.

Qualifications

• Comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload.
• Two or more independent and active state licenses (except for CA, NY, and MA).
• Experience with structured, skills-based modalities (ex. CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care) highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy in a 100% remote environment.
• Work with lower to moderate acuity populations (e.g., anxiety, depression).
• Engage in independent treatment decision-making.
