Qualifications

• Make independent treatment decisions and manage patient caseload.

Skills

Independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent)

Strong clinical judgment

Communication skills

Comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload

Experience from outpatient, community mental health, hospital, or structured clinical settings

Experience with structured, skills-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care)
