A virtual mental health practice is seeking independently licensed therapists to provide remote outpatient therapy. This role offers predictable W-2 compensation, full benefits, and minimal administrative burden. Ideal candidates will hold multiple active state licenses and possess strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills. The practice emphasizes delivering high-quality care in a supportive environment. Compensation packages include a base salary of $70k with potential incentives and employer-paid insurance.

Qualifications

• Must have an independently licensed therapist qualification.
• Active, unrestricted license is a requirement.
• Minimum of two independent active state licenses, except CA, NY, and MA.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 100% remote, outpatient therapy.
• Manage a consistent outpatient caseload.
• Make independent treatment decisions with clinical autonomy.
