Qualifications

• Independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent).
• Two or more active state licenses (except for CA, NY, and MA).
• Comfort managing consistent outpatient caseload.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 100% remote, outpatient therapy.
• Manage lower to moderate acuity populations.
• Practice independently with decision-making autonomy.

Skills

Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC)

Strong clinical judgment

Communication skills

Experience with structured, skills-based modalities (ex. CBT, ACT)

Education

Active, unrestricted license in applicable states
