Talkspace is seeking part-time, contract Therapists (Independent Contract Providers) to deliver remote mental health services across licensed states. Work from home with Talkspace handling billing and admin tasks, enabling you to focus on client care and flexible scheduling.

Ideal candidates are licensed independently in MT with LCSW, LMFT, or LCPC credentials, plus malpractice insurance and an active NPI. Compensation includes hourly pay and bonuses, with onboarding training provided.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice independently without supervision in the state of Montana.
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
• Individual professional malpractice liability insurance policy

Responsabilités

• Treat clients remotely in your state(s) of licensure on the Talkspace platform.
• Conduct client sessions using video, audio, and live messaging services.
• Respond to asynchronous client messages each week, in a timely manner.
• Complete required clinical documentation after each client session
