Licenses needed include Hawaii independent practice along with LCSW/LMFT/LMHC, plus malpractice insurance and an active NPI. Set your own schedule and earn hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice independently without supervision in the state of Hawaii.
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
• Individual professional malpractice liability insurance policy.
• Individual NPI number.

Responsibilities

• Treat clients remotely in your state(s) of licensure on the Talkspace platform (HIPAA compliant).
• Conduct sessions via video, audio, and live messaging services.
• Respond to asynchronous client messages weekly, promptly.
• Complete required clinical documentation after each session.
