Talkspace is hiring part-time, contract Therapists (Independent Contract Providers) to deliver mental healthcare remotely. You’ll work from your own location, in your state of licensure, using Talkspace’s HIPAA-compliant platform.

This role emphasizes flexibility: no administrative hassles, insurance billing handled by Talkspace, and your own schedule with ongoing client referrals. You must hold a current independent license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) and have malpractice coverage.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice independently without supervision in the state(s) of licensure.
• Experience providing therapy via telehealth platforms.
• Comfort with online tools, HIPAA-compliant systems, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Treat clients remotely in your state(s) of licensure on the Talkspace platform.
• Conduct sessions via video, audio, and live messaging.
• Respond to asynchronous messages weekly and complete clinical documentation after each session.
