Job summary

Talkspace is seeking a part-time, contract Therapist (Independent Contract Provider) to deliver mental health care to diverse clients across states where licensed. You’ll work remotely, handle live and asynchronous sessions, and manage documentation with full support from Talkspace, including billing and administrative tasks.

Must hold an independent Delaware license (LCSW/LMFT/LPCMH eligibility), maintain malpractice coverage, and have an active NPI.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice independently in Delaware.
• Licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT), or licensed professional counselor of mental health (LPCMH) eligibility.
• Must have professional malpractice liability insurance and an individual NPI number.

Responsibilities

• Treat clients remotely in your state(s) of licensure on Talkspace platform.
• Conduct sessions via video, audio, and live messaging.
• Respond to asynchronous messages weekly and complete clinical documentation.
