Job summary
Talkspace is seeking a part-time, contract Therapist (Independent Contract Provider) to deliver remote mental health care across eligible states on our HIPAA‑compliant platform. You’ll conduct live sessions via video, audio, or chat, respond to client messages weekly, and complete documentation after each session.
No administrative duties – Talkspace handles billing, marketing, and credentialing, so you can focus on care.
Qualifications
- Current license to practice independently without supervision in the state of Illinois.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
- Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC).
- Individual malpractice liability insurance.
- Individual NPI number.
- Comfortable learning new online tools and technology.
- Reliable internet connection and video-capable device.
Responsibilities
- Treat clients remotely in your state(s) of licensure on the secure (HIPAA compliant) Talkspace platform.
- Conduct client sessions using video, audio, and live messaging services.
- Respond to asynchronous client messages each week, in a timely manner.
- Complete your required clinical documentation after each client session.
