Job summary

Open Mind Health is seeking fully licensed California therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, PsyD/PhD) for 100% remote telehealth. You will support California clients with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and stress, using CBT/ACT/DBT and mindfulness-based approaches.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role with a flexible schedule and a minimum of 20 hours per week. Applicants may reside outside California, but active CA licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted California license required (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC or Psychologist).
• Experience treating anxiety, depression, mood disorders or related conditions.
• Minimum of 20 hours of recurring weekly availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual psychotherapy to California clients with anxiety, depression and mood concerns.
• Assess client needs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Apply evidence-based modalities (CBT, ACT, DBT, mindfulness).
• Help clients build coping skills and emotional regulation.
• Deliver culturally responsive, client-centered care and document promptly.
• Collaborate with the care team and comply with licensing requirements.
