Escapesbysandra is seeking a Theme Park Vacation Experience Coordinator to assist clients in planning memorable vacations with a special focus on Disney destinations, theme park vacations, family getaways, cruises, and resort stays.

This remote opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys helping families, couples, and groups create fun, well-planned travel experiences while providing excellent service from the first inquiry through the final details of their trip.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with planning personalized vacation experiences based on interests, budget, and preferences.
• Research and organize vacation options including theme parks, accommodations, and travel add-ons.
• Provide support for Disney destinations, theme parks, cruises, and all-inclusive resorts.
• Respond to inquiries in a timely, professional, service-focused manner.
• Maintain accurate client records, confirmations, and deadlines.
• Explain vacation options, timelines, and travel requirements clearly to clients.
• Monitor multiple client requests with high accuracy and organization.
• Provide ongoing support to ensure a smooth planning experience.
• Stay updated with training resources and supplier information.
