Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking Thai bilingual experts to evaluate Thai audio content and provide feedback to improve AI language models. You will assess nativeness, fluency, pronunciation, and linguistic authenticity while documenting evaluations in clear English.

No prior AI experience is required; strong Thai skills and English communication are essential for remote collaboration and timely task completion.

Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Thai (spoken and written).
• B2+ proficiency in English for written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot subtle linguistic differences.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to clearly explain linguistic observations and evaluation decisions.
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines and apply evaluation criteria consistently.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Listen to audio clips in Thai and evaluate nativeness, fluency, and overall linguistic quality.
• Assess pronunciation, intonation, accent, rhythm, and linguistic authenticity.
• Identify unnatural phrasing, pronunciation issues, and subtle language differences.
• Document evaluations using clear and concise written feedback in English.
• Provide detailed explanations and justifications for evaluation decisions.
• Follow established guidelines, rubrics, and quality standards consistently.
• Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguous language content.
• Provide linguistic insights to improve AI models' Thai-language understanding and generation.
• Complete assigned audio review tasks accurately and within project deadlines.
• Maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and attention to detail.
