No AI experience required, but strong Thai skills and clear written/verbal English communication are essential for contributing to AI training and model improvement remotely.

Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Thai (spoken and written).
• B2+ proficiency in English for written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot subtle linguistic differences.
• Excellent written communication skills and clear explanations of observations.
• Comfortable working remotely and following detailed guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Listen to Thai audio clips and evaluate nativeness, fluency, and overall linguistic quality.
• Assess pronunciation, intonation, accent, rhythm, and linguistic authenticity.
• Identify unnatural phrasing and pronunciation issues.
• Document evaluations with clear English feedback and detailed justifications.
• Follow established guidelines, rubrics, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements.
