No prior AI experience is required; strong Thai language skills and English communication are essential. This is a remote contractor role with flexible deadlines and a focus on high-quality linguistic evaluation.

Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Thai (spoken and written).
• B2+ proficiency in English for clear written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail; identify subtle linguistic differences.

Responsibilities

• Listen to Thai audio and evaluate nativeness, fluency, and overall linguistic quality.
• Assess pronunciation, intonation, accent, rhythm, and linguistic authenticity.
• Identify unnatural phrasing and pronunciation issues; note language differences.
• Document evaluations with clear feedback in English.
• Provide detailed explanations and justifications for evaluation decisions.
• Follow guidelines, rubrics, and quality standards consistently.
• Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements.
• Offer linguistic insights to improve Thai-language models.
• Complete assigned audio reviews accurately within deadlines.
• Maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
