YO AI Labs is seeking a Thai Bilingual Expert to evaluate Thai audio content and provide feedback to improve AI language models. You will assess nativeness, fluency, pronunciation, and linguistic authenticity, delivering concise explanations in English while following project guidelines.

Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Thai.
• B2+ proficiency in English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle linguistic differences.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to clearly explain linguistic observations and evaluation decisions.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Listen to audio clips in Thai and evaluate nativeness, fluency, and overall linguistic quality.
• Assess pronunciation, intonation, accent, rhythm, and linguistic authenticity.
• Identify unnatural phrasing, pronunciation issues, and subtle language differences.
• Document evaluations using clear and concise written feedback in English.
• Provide detailed explanations and justifications for evaluation decisions.
• Follow established guidelines, rubrics, and quality standards consistently.
• Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguous language content.
• Provide linguistic insights to help improve AI models' Thai-language understanding and generation.
• Complete assigned audio review tasks accurately and within project deadlines.
• Maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and attention to detail.
