Qualifications

• Native-level Thai proficiency (spoken and written).
• B2+ English proficiency for written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail to identify subtle linguistic issues.
• Clear written communication of evaluations in English.
• Strong verbal communication and ability to explain observations.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Listen to Thai audio clips and evaluate nativeness, fluency, and linguistic quality.
• Assess pronunciation, intonation, rhythm, and authenticity of language.
• Identify unnatural phrasing and pronunciation issues; note language differences.
• Document evaluations with clear English feedback and justifications.
• Follow established guidelines and quality standards consistently.
• Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements.
• Provide linguistic insights to help improve AI models’ Thai language understanding.
• Complete audio review tasks accurately within deadlines.
• Maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
