YO AI Labs is seeking Thai bilingual experts to contribute to an AI training project focused on Thai language understanding and generation. You will evaluate Thai audio content, assess nativeness, fluency, and linguistic quality, and provide feedback based on established evaluation guidelines.

No prior AI experience is required. Native Thai proficiency, strong English communication, and attention to detail are essential for this remote contractor role.

Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Thai (spoken and written).
• Proficient English communication (written and spoken).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle linguistic differences.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines and evaluation criteria.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Listen to Thai audio clips and evaluate nativeness, fluency, and overall linguistic quality.
• Assess pronunciation, intonation, accent, rhythm, and linguistic authenticity.
• Identify unnatural phrasing and pronunciation issues.
• Document evaluations with clear written feedback in English.
• Provide detailed explanations and justifications for evaluation decisions.
• Follow established guidelines, rubrics, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements.
• Provide linguistic insights to improve AI models’ Thai language understanding.
• Complete assigned audio review tasks accurately and on time.
• Maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and attention to detail.
