Job summary

David Kennedy Recruitment partners with a global fintech company to recruit a Business Development Manager for the EU region. The role is remote/hybrid, with base salary plus commission and a focus on expanding client and partner networks across Europe.

Ideal candidates will have Forex/CFD BD experience, a strong European market network, and proven ability to drive regional growth and revenue targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience in business development within Forex/CFD is required.
• Strong network within European financial or trading markets.
• Experience managing IBs, affiliates, or partner distribution channels.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive expansion across European markets by identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Acquire and onboard new clients, IBs, affiliates, and strategic partners.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through onboarding and activation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to maximise revenue growth.
• Represent the company at industry events, expos, and networking opportunities.
