David Kennedy Recruitment seeks a Korean-speaking Recruiter to support our growing demand for high-quality candidates. This remote, results-driven role aligns with APAC hours and reports to the Owner, enabling you to influence placements across Asia Pacific and UAE projects.

You will manage pipelines, source country-specific talent, and advise on market pay levels and channels. The position offers 100% remote work in a global team, mentorship, and potential transition to long-term freelance

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment or HR coordination.
• Excellent English communication; native/local language appreciated.
• Tech-savvy with sourcing platforms and CRM familiarity.

Responsabilités

• Manage candidate pipelines from outreach to pre-screening and interview scheduling.
• Source and qualify candidates for UAE-based projects in gaming, CX, and media.
• Advise on market pay levels and sourcing channels as the local recruiter.
• Provide daily updates and performance insights to DKR HQ.
