Job summary

Climate17 is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee utility-scale Solar PV EPC projects across Texas, including ERCOT deployments. The role emphasizes delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget, while coordinating engineering, procurement and commissioning activities.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in Renewable Energy EPC, a track record in ERCOT solar projects, and a Civil/Engineering related degree; PMP certification is advantageous and remote Texas-based work is

Qualifications

• 4+ years' Project Management experience within a Renewable Energy EPC contractor.
• Demonstrable success delivering utility-scale Solar PV projects in ERCOT.
• Strong understanding of EPC project execution, commercial management and construction delivery.
• Experience managing subcontractors, project schedules and project financials.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• PMP certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of utility-scale Solar PV EPC projects across ERCOT.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, risks and overall project performance.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning activities.
• Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and key stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and resolve technical and commercial issues.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
• Provide regular reporting to senior leadership and customers.
• Travel to project sites across Texas as required.
