Job summary

Torch Clean Energy in Charlottesville, VA is seeking an experienced EPC Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary solar, storage, substation, and transmission projects from late development through initial operation.

Reporting to the SVP of Engineering, Procurement and Construction, you will coordinate teams, manage vendors, ensure quality, and maintain project cash flow, while traveling up to 25% and leveraging flexible hybrid or remote work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or project management related field.
• Demonstrated leadership, organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and multitasking.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple solar, storage, and transmission projects from late development through operation.
• Foster relationships with contractors, landowners, AHJ and utilities.
• Coordinate project teams and ensure timely deliverables and quality.
• Oversee project health and implement corrective actions.
• Provide concise reporting to stakeholders and manage cash flow.
• Ensure timely invoicing and project cash flow.
