The Texas Tribune is seeking a Regional Development Director to grow philanthropic revenue and deepen donor relationships across Texas, with initial focus on Dallas–Fort Worth and Waco. This remote role requires strong fundraising instincts, donor cultivation, and a track record of closing mid-major gifts between $500 and $10,000.

• Extensive experience in frontline fundraising and donor cultivation.
• Ability to manage a mid-major donor portfolio and meet revenue targets.
• Strong knowledge of moves management and donor stewardship practices.
• Experience working in journalism, public media, or mission-driven organizations is a plus.

• Manage a regional donor portfolio in Dallas–Fort Worth and Waco regions with 500–10,000 annual gifts.
• Meet or exceed assigned regional fundraising goals and revenue targets.
