• Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising plan to support the region's annual needs and grow donor portfolios.
• Coordinate corporate and foundation giving, steward relationships, write proposals and ensure reporting.
• Monitor and analyze fundraising data to guide decisions and measure success.
• Assist regional director with trainings, donor records, reporting, and regional ministry growth initiatives.
