Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Wisconsin Metro Milwaukee, LLC seeks a results‑driven Sales Representative to grow our wine and spirits portfolio across outstate Wisconsin. You’ll prospect, win new accounts, and build lasting relationships on daily routes in Clark/Wood/Juneau counties.

You will educate staff, present plans, monitor inventory, and support receivables while pursuing aggressive sales and merchandising objectives in a fast‑paced market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and work experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Sales.
• Proficient with MS Office and presentation software.
• Results‑oriented with strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multi‑task and meet deadlines, alone or in a team.
• Analytical and reporting skills are required.
• Good judgement and problem‑solving abilities.
• Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Calls on accounts and covers daily routes with an established routing pattern.
• Prepares and delivers sales presentations balancing company priorities and client needs.
• Maintains product levels and educates staff on priority brands.
• Manages receivables and assists with opening new accounts and POS opportunities.
• Conducts safe beverage handling and supports supplier initiatives.
