Job summary

TrueNorth Steel is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to promote and sell corrugated steel pipe in the Northeastern Minnesota & Wisconsin territory. The role requires extensive travel, strong communication, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.

The position offers a remote-friendly setup with 80% travel, competitive salary of $89,627.17–$100,311.20 per year, plus DOE, an incentive plan, and full benefits including health, dental, disability, life insurance, FSA, 401(k) match,

Qualifications

• Higher education preferred in Business/Sales/Marketing.
• HS diploma or GED required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Professional sales or consultative experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell TrueNorth Steel products within the territory.
• Maintain current customer lists in the CRM platform for Inside Sales and management.
• Coordinate bids with Estimators and Civil Engineers to win projects.
• Travel 80% of the work week to call on customers and sites.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery with customers to secure orders.
