Job summary

TrueNorth Steel seeks a Territory Sales Manager to promote and sell corrugated steel pipe and related products in the Western Montana/ Wyoming/ Idaho territory. The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills to meet customer needs and growth targets.

The position is remote within the specified territory with 80% travel, a competitive salary of $89,627.17–$100,311.20 per year, and a full benefits package including health, dental, life and 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field preferred.
• 5–8 years of professional sales or consulting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell products to consulting civil engineering firms, county engineers, DOT engineers, municipalities and contractors within the territory.
• Compile lists of current/prospective customers for CRM and lead management.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory 40%–60% to meet customers and develop relationships.
• Prepare bids with estimators and civil engineers, ensuring competitive pricing and winning potential.
• Attend trade meetings and resolve customer concerns while coordinating with sales teams.
