Job summary

Demco, Inc. is seeking a Learning Environment Field Consultant to drive sales in K–12 and library markets.

This remote, territory-based role involves field travel, building relationships with educators and librarians, and partnering with design teams to deliver innovative learning spaces and furniture solutions. You will manage a dynamic pipeline, engage with decision-makers, and support customers from discovery through close, logging activities in CRM and coordinating next steps with internal

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent education/work experience.
• K–12 sales experience with understanding of school purchasing processes.
• Experience with outbound prospecting, cold calling, and developing new business.
• Ability to participate in tradeshows and occasional on-site installations.
• Strong verbal and written communication; comfortable presenting to educators.
• Team player who collaborates across departments to deliver a great client experience.
• Willingness to travel territory and overnight trips as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with key decision-makers in K–12 schools and libraries.
• Travel approximately 4–5 days per week within the territory to meet customers.
• Take measurements, capture photos, and work with design teams on proposals.
• Represent Demco at regional tradeshow events and showcase solutions.
• Log activities in CRM and coordinate next steps with internal teams.
