Job summary

DEMCO, Inc. is seeking a remote, territory-based Learning Environment Field Consultant to build relationships with K-12 schools and public libraries.

The role emphasizes connecting customers with suitable learning space solutions and furniture, while traveling within the territory to meet educators and library leaders. You will collaborate with design teams, capture site measurements, and participate in regional tradeshows to expand the company's education market presence.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to K-12 schools and libraries.
• Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Proven outbound prospecting and new business development skills.
• Willingness to travel 4–5 days per week and participate in tradeshows.

Responsibilities

• Manage a territory by building relationships with educators and library leaders.
• Conduct outbound calls and emails to identify opportunities and grow sales.
• Travel 4–5 days per week within the territory to visit customers.
• Take measurements on-site, capture photos, and collaborate with design teams on proposals.
• Represent the company at regional tradeshows and grow brand presence.
• Log activities in the CRM and coordinate next steps with internal teams.
