Job summary

Demco is seeking a Territory Sales Representative for K-12 and library markets. This remote, territory-based role blends field calls with strategic account management across schools and libraries in your region.

You’ll travel 4–5 days weekly, build relationships with educators and library leaders, capture needs, and coordinate with design teams to tailor proposals. A base salary with uncapped commissions drives performance.

Qualifications

• K–12 school districts experience and understanding of school purchasing processes.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Outbound prospecting, cold calling, and developing new business.
• Able to travel 4–5 days per week within the territory and at tradeshows.
• Strong verbal and written communication with educators and library staff.
• Team player who collaborates with multiple departments to serve customers.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Start day by reviewing pipeline, following up on conversations, planning outreach.
• Reach out to K–12 schools and libraries, uncovering needs and opportunities.
• Travel 4–5 days a week within territory to meet educators and library leaders.
• Visit sites to take measurements, photos, and support design teams.
• Represent Demco at regional tradeshows and engage attendees.
• Log CRM activity and coordinate with internal teams on next steps.
