Job summary

Arkema, a global leader in Innovative Materials, is seeking a Territory Sales Representative (Arizona) to engage contractors and independent retailers, driving business through distribution from a Remote/Home Based setup in the United States.

You will support the Territory Manager, create demand for tiling, surface prep and sealants, and handle samples, training, and on-site demonstrations while traveling up to 75% to build relationships and promote Arkema's product portfolio.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Sales or Marketing
• Bachelor's Degree - Business or related field preferred
• Self-starter with excellent organizational skills
• Hands-on product demonstrations
• Able to travel 75% of the time

Responsibilities

• Support Territory Manager by selling full product offering with an added focus on tiling, surface preparation & sealants
• Create demand at the contractor and end user level
• Support National and Regional demand creation initiatives and maximize their value through steady communication and metrics
• Support daily customer needs for samples, complaint handling, and general administration
• Troubleshoot account problems and facilitate technical solutions for the customer
• Provide training/technical advice for our products at onsite and offsite locations
• Conduct product demonstrations in accordance with Territory Manager's growth initiatives
• Understand key trends in local markets, distributors and DSRs
