Job summary

Arkema is hiring a Territory Sales Representative to support our Arizona market from a remote/home-based setup in the United States. You will sell the full product offering with emphasis on tiling, surface prep and sealants, while engaging contractors and end users and traveling up to 75% of the time.

You will work with a Territory Manager, create demand, handle samples and inquiries, provide training and demonstrations at customer sites, and contribute to regional demand initiatives across

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Sales or Marketing.
• Bachelor’s Degree – Business or related field preferred.
• Self-starter with excellent organizational skills.
• A passion to roll up your sleeves and conduct engaging, hands-on product demonstrations.
• Familiar with selling through distribution preferred.
• Able to travel 75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Support Territory Manager by selling full product offering with an added focus on Tiling, Surface Preparation & Sealants
• Create demand at the contractor and end user level
• Support National and Regional demand creation initiatives and maximize their value through steady communication and metrics
• Support daily customer needs for samples, complaint handling, and general administration
• Troubleshoot account problems and facilitate technical solutions for the customer
• Provide training/technical advice for our products at onsite and offsite locations
• Conduct product demonstrations in accordance with Territory Manager’s growth initiatives
• Understand key trends in local markets, distributors and DSR’s
