Job summary

Utica National Insurance Group, based in our Home Office in Central New York with regional offices including NYC, Dallas and Charlotte, seeks an Inside Sales & Marketing Services Representative to serve as a virtual sales consultant and territory manager. You will partner with independent agencies to drive growth, retention, and market share using CRM and analytics tools.

The role is hybrid, full-time, with a salary range of $72,000–$90,000 and eligibility for a variable compensation plan as

Qualifications

• 2+ years Commercial Lines Sales representative or underwriting experience preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable growth in new and total written premium through virtual agency calls and strategic engagement.
• Build Territory Sales Plan to focus on agencies using data-driven decisions.
• Conduct primarily virtual sales calls with agents and prioritize activity to increase profitable new business.
• Use discovery sales skills to identify opportunities, evaluate competitors, and overcome objections.
