Job summary

UPM - The Biofore Company is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth in Ontario, Canada. This fully remote role involves building and managing customer relationships, negotiating deals, and developing strategic plans to achieve revenue targets.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, travel as needed, and report to East Area Sales leadership. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of sales experience are preferred, with knowledge of packaging/label industry a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant sales or related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of the packaging and label industry is an asset.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com.
• Strong negotiation, financial, numerical, and business acumen.
• Excellent prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated fiscal responsibility and strong business ethics.

Responsibilities

• Develop existing and new customer relationships within sales territory.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers and provide tailored solutions.
• Secure, negotiate, and maintain customer agreements.
• Plan and coordinate customer marketing and growth programs.
• Gather input from other functions to satisfy customer needs.
• Collaborate with Technical Sales, Inside Sales, and Customer Service.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.
• Understand market conditions and develop revenue strategies.
• Conduct territory analysis and planning.
• Pipeline and forecast management and evaluate opportunities and risks.
• Communicate regularly with reports on KPIs and progress.
• Conduct activities ethically and in compliance with laws and policies.
